Team Eklavya bagged Dr. David Bayer Sportmanship Award during ASCE Concrete Canoe Competition held in Greensboro, North Carolina, USA.

Secured commendable position at US North Carolina Conference.

ASCE competition held at Charlotte USA 2017

• 1st Runner up in building lightest canoe weighing 196lbs.
• “Overall Spirit of the Competition award” for both steel Bridge and concrete canoe.
• Overall 5th in design paper and presentation. 8th in final product.
• 4th in Surveying.
• Semifinalist in quiz competition.

CEA IIT MADRAS

Civil Engineering Association(CEA) competition held at IIT-Madras 2017 :

• 1st prize in Sustainability Design Challenge.
• 1st prize in debate.
• 2nd and 3rd prize in Bon AutoRoutier.

Secured top position in Competition Organized by Ramco India, Southern Region.

CONCLASH – KONGU ENGINEERING COLLEGE, ERODE

Participated in American Concrete Institute (ACI) granted technical event CONCLASH 2018 :

• 1st and 2nd prize in motor concrete canoe race.
• 1st prize in FRC Bowling ball.

IZNIK – VELAMMAL ENGINEERING COLLEGE, CHENNAI

Participated in Technical fest IZNIK 2018

• 1st position in PREZENTARE DE HARRIS ( presentation)
• 3rd position in CALCESTRUZZO ( mix design)
• 2nd and 3rd position in MODELARE ( model making)
• 3rd position in ARTISTIC HUNT

ASCE Regional Competition

Team Eklavya participated in the regionals of the National concrete canoe competition held in Vellore Institute of Technology,Vellore. It was held in India for the first time. Amongst 5 teams from different regions Team Eklavya emerged as the overall winner of the competition. This Competition consists of various segments, out of which team Eklavya aced in all of them.
